The Objective: Recruitment
Due to unprecedented times stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic, the Los Angeles region was in need of new massage therapists, making it difficult for clinics to meet the demand of their services.

LSM ran Indeed Sponsored Listings harnessing a regional budget. Spending as a region maximizes recruitment budgets while also reaching more job seekers. Job seekers search for jobs by region, not clinic name, which is why regional recruitment advertising is highly recommended! LSM increased spend on the front end of the campaign to fill the applicant funnel immediately and help remedy the supply issue Massage Envy is facing.


Sponsored Job Listings
LSM ran branded and non-branded listings to attract a wider range of applicants, including those who may initially be deterred by the Massage Envy name. Non-branded listings generated 90 applicants in 4 months, while branded listings generated 77 applicants in 7 months.
Strategic Geo-Targeting
Targeting broken down by region (i.e. Los Angeles) and subregion (i.e. Beverly Hills) to cover as much ground as possible while maximizing budgets.
