Massage Envy is the largest chain of franchised massage spas in the United States. It was founded in 2002 with a single location in Scottsdale, Arizona. As of 2019, it has over 1,100 franchised locations and employs 25,000 massage therapists.

The Objective: More Traffic & Conversions

Massage Envy needed to generate more brand awareness and more appointments related to their customized spa services such as facials, foot scrubs and aromatherapy

The Solution


LSM saw the rising need for multi-location businesses to have multi-paged microsites possessing unique, localized content about each product/service they provide

Content Pages

We developed new, localized web pages for each clinic’s microsite containing effective ‘call-to-actions,’ and evergreen content about their services and career opportunities.


LSM implemented the additional pages onto the Arizona Co-Op’s microsites (38 total), measuring the amount of online-generated phone calls appointment requests. After 60 days, LSM evaluated the results.
